Samsung_Knox Suite Lifestyle

Samsung Electronics has introduced updates to Knox Suite, a security and management solution for business devices. The new update offers three flexible plans—Base, Essentials, and Enterprise—designed to cater to businesses of different sizes and security needs.

Knox Suite is widely used, with over 35,000 businesses in 134 countries relying on its capabilities. It is built on Samsung’s Knox security platform, providing protection, efficient IT workflows, and insights to improve productivity. With the introduction of different plan options, businesses can now choose the level of security and management that best fits their operations.

The Base Plan is included with Samsung Galaxy devices at no extra cost. It allows IT teams to enroll Samsung devices into Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions without manual setup. It includes Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME) and Knox Platform for Enterprise (KPE), ensuring that devices and data remain secure.

The Essentials Plan offers additional features beyond basic setup. It includes Knox Manage for cross-platform device management and Knox Remote Support for real-time troubleshooting. This plan is aimed at businesses looking to enhance device efficiency and streamline IT support.

The Enterprise Plan is the most advanced option. It is designed for businesses managing large-scale device fleets, including frontline operations. It includes OS version control, enhanced security, and productivity tools such as Knox E-FOTA, Knox Asset Intelligence, Knox Capture, and Knox Authentication Manager. Companies using Galaxy Enterprise Edition devices will receive a one-year Knox Suite – Enterprise Plan license at no extra cost.

Samsung has also been recognized in the Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) market. It was named a Major Player in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Unified Endpoint Management Software 2024 Vendor Assessment.
