Samsung Electronics has officially introduced the Galaxy S24 FE in Malaysia, expanding its Galaxy AI ecosystem to a broader audience. The new smartphone, which aims to offer premium features at a more accessible price point, is powered by the AI-based ProVisual Engine and Galaxy AI’s Photo Assist, which promise enhanced creativity and productivity for users.
At the heart of the Galaxy S24 FE is its camera system, a major highlight of the device. The setup includes a 50MP wide lens, 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 10MP selfie camera. These lenses, paired with Samsung’s AI-driven ProVisual Engine, offer advanced features such as AI-enhanced Nightography for improved low-light performance and an Object-Aware Engine that optimizes colors for vivid images. The inclusion of AI-powered editing tools like Generative Edit, Portrait Studio, and Instant Slow-mo allows users to refine and personalize their photos and videos effortlessly.
For mobile gamers, the Galaxy S24 FE boasts impressive performance. The device is equipped with the Exynos 2400 series chipset, providing seamless gaming experiences, including support for Ray Tracing. A 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz ensures smooth visuals, while a 4,700mAh battery and an upgraded vapor chamber help sustain longer gaming sessions without overheating. The Vision Booster feature enhances color and contrast for optimal visibility even in direct sunlight.
In addition to its hardware upgrades, the Galaxy S24 FE incorporates Galaxy AI to streamline communication and productivity. The packaging is made from 100% recycled paper, aligning with the company’s goal to reduce its environmental impact.
The Galaxy S24 FE is now available for pre-order in Malaysia, with the 256GB model priced at RM3,299 and the 512GB version at RM3,899. Color options include Blue, Graphite, Gray, and Mint.
