Apple Releases First Public Beta of iOS 13.3.1, iPadOS 13.3.1, and macOS 10.15.3

Apple has released today the first public beta versions of its upcoming iOS 13.3.1, iPadOS 13.3.1, macOS Catalina 10.15.3, and tvOS 13.3.1 software updates for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV devices for public beta testing.

As expected, Apple seeded the first public betas of iOS 13.3.1, iPadOS 13.3.1, macOS Catalina 10.15.3, and tvOS 13.3.1, which were made available only to registered developers on Tuesday. Now, they ready for public testing, allowing everyone else to test the new features and improvements included in these betas.

The 13.3.1, iPadOS 13.3.1, macOS Catalina 10.15.3, and tvOS 13.3.1 public beta versions come with the same changes as the developer betas. Notable changes include a fix for the Screen Time communication limits bypass, as well as the usual bug and security fixes.

How to install the iOS 13.3.1, iPadOS 13.3.1, macOS Catalina 10.15.3, and tvOS 13.3.1 public betas

To install the iOS 13.3.1 and iPadOS 13.3.1 public betas, you will need to enrol your iPhone or iPad device into the public beta program on the Apple Beta Software Program website. Once logged in with your Apple ID, you’ll be able to download the Public Beta profile on your device.

Then, you need to open the Settings app on your device, go to General > Software Update and tap the “Download and Install” button to download and install the latest iOS 13.3.1 or iPadOS 13.3.1 public beta. You only need to do it once, as your device will be automatically updated to newer public beta versions.

Mac users can install the macOS Catalina 10.15.3 public beta if sign in with their Apple ID in to the Apple Beta Software Program website, click the “enroll your Mac” link in the “Getting Started” section, then click the “Download the macOS Catalina Public Beta” link to download the installer.

To install the tvOS 13.3.1 public beta, you must log in on your Apple TV with the same Apple ID you’ve used to enrol into the Apple Beta Software Program website. Then navigate to Settings > System > Software Update > Get Beta Updates and install the latest beta version.
