Google will take the wraps off the Pixel 4 later this month, but if you’re brave enough (and if you don’t anything better to do with your money) you can actually order one right now.

This is possible thanks to Pixel 4 demo units that are up for grabs from Malaysian auction site Shopee, with one seller promising to ship a Clearly White Pixel 4 XL if you agree to pay some $1,200.

While there’s a chance this is a real ad, the demo unit doesn’t come with the original packaging, albeit it is offered with an 18W charge brick. As 9to5Google notes, the seller also claims it’s offered with a full warranty, something that is at least questionable given that Google is unlikely to offer such a thing worldwide for demo units.

Official launch later this month

The price shouldn’t by any means be used as an indicator for the final price of the Pixel 4 XL, albeit it is expected to be placed in the same region.

Most likely, the Google Pixel 4 XL will cost $1,000 more or less, although paying that much for a demo unit might not be the best way to spend your money.

The good thing about this ad is that it provides us with another look at the Google Pixel 4 – not that we need it given that Google itself has “leaked” the upcoming device.

The official launch, however, will take place later this month, so unless you really-really-really can’t wait for the Pixel 4 to go on sale, you better not purchase a demo unit.

UPDATE: By the looks of things, the Google Pixel 4 XL ad that we talked about here has been removed. At this point, it’s not yet clear if this happened because someone purchased the demo unit or the seller decided to pull the link due to the press coverage.
