Entertainment outlet manager killed outside PJ pub

An entertainment outlet manager was killed when he was slashed during a fight in front of a pub at 8 Avenue, Section 8, here, early this morning.
The 28-year-old victim was attacked by a group of men armed with parang, when he was standing outside the pub with a few men in the 6.38am incident.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by medical officers at 7.40am.
Petaling Jaya district police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Zani Che Din said closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera footage revealed that a group of men was engaged in an altercation in front of the pub at about 5.32am before the murder took place.
“About an hour later, four cars – a Perodua MyVi, a Honda HRV, a Volkswagen Golf and a Toyota Camry – arrived.
Several men armed with parang then attacked the victim who was outside the pub.
