It looks like TM has quietly started to offer a new TMgo 4G LTE postpaid plan.
The new TMgo postpaid plan comes with Unlimited Data at 1Mbps, price at RM99 a month and 2 years contract.
TM is also bundling a free Fixed Wireless Terminal (FMT) from Huawei, for home use, worth RM350.
It likely that consumers need to walk in to selected TM Point to sign up.

TM has also updated its Terms and Conditions [PDF], mentioning about TMgo Postpaid plan but no official info/details yet.
The Telekom Malaysia 4G LTE service for rural areas which is supposedly available only in “underserved areas of the country” is now also available across Klang Valley, including Kuala Lumpur. It runs on 850Mhz frequency.
