TEDxKL is back and now is in its fourth year. It will be held on July 14 at the Temple of Fine Arts in Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur.
TEDxKL is an independently organised event under the TED banner. TED describes itself as a non-profit organisation “devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading”. As of 2012, more than 3,200 TEDx events have taken place in 800 cities and 126 countries around the world.
Among the presenters at TEDxKL are entrepreneur Myshkin Ingawale, nanotechnology expert Dr Ille Gebershuber, writer-actor-director Jo Kukathas, photographer Zann Huang, sun bear conservationist Wong Siew Te, Sinar Project co-founder Khairil Yusof, comedian Kavin Jayaram among others.
